If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your item, please return the unused goods, in the original packaging including the Returns Form, within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Any returns received after the 14 day window, from date of purchase, will not be eligible for an exchange.

You will then receive an email from us, notifying that we have received the returned items, and another once inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange your purchase please contact us at estherjforsythart.com detailing your purchased item and what you wish to change it for, either the same product or the equivalent value thereof.

If you need a new Returns Form, please contact us at estherjforsythart.com and we will email a new copy over to you.
